How It Works
Speed U is an online hockey training database. An annual membership gives you full access to all of our hockey tutorials, drills and training programs. Our content is divided into 3 tiers. Prestige 1 (P1) features individual skills tutorials, where we break down and teach crucial individual skills. Prestige 2 (P2) is our drills section, where we combine individual P1 skills into combination drills. Prestige 3 (P3) features game situational blends, which are drills that resemble actual game situations, and combine P1 skills across all categories. Our 3 tiered plan ensures you will get the most out of your training, by matching the difficulty level with your competency level!

About Our Teacher
Ray LeBlanc has over 20 years experience training athletes from Learn to Skate, to Minor Hockey, to NHL superstars like Steven Stamkos, Brent Burns, Alex Pietrangelo, Jeff Skinner and more.
LeBlanc has degrees in Kinesiology and Education, and continues to stay on the cutting edge of training and research.
Ray trains hundreds of up and coming players weekly, and Speed U is known for continuing to push the boundaries of training and development.
